Sethupathi, from Anthiyur in Erode district, Tamil Nadu, India, is a distinguished Civil and Structural Engineer, Architect, Blogger, House Plans Creator, YouTuber, Vastu Consultant, bestselling author, multiple world record holder, and an award-winning nonfiction book author. He earned his B.E. in Civil Engineering in 2013 and his M.Tech. in Structural Engineering in 2015 from Hindustan University, Chennai.
Throughout his career, he has received over twenty awards for his nonfiction books and various achievements. He is self-taught in Vastu Shastra and has mastered the art of designing house plans by Vastu principles. His expertise extends to creating blueprints, sections, structural, electrical, plumbing, and elevation drawings, as well as interior design plans, in both 2D and 3D formats.
Recognizing the widespread demand for house plan ideas, he decided to develop Vastu-compliant house plan books for individuals seeking to build their dream homes. Currently, he designs house floor plans and publishes them globally through his books, apps, and website.

MEERA PALANIAPPAN, originally from Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, earned her B.E. in Civil Engineering in 2013 from Excel College of Engineering and her M.Tech. in Structural Engineering in 2015 from Hindustan University, Chennai. She served as an Assistant Professor at Mahendra Institute of Technology for two years. Currently, she is employed at House Plans Daily as an Author and General Manager.
BHAGYAWATI M
Senior Manager
BHAGYAWATI M, hailing from Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India, holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering (2013) and an M.Tech. in Structural Engineering (2015) from Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science, Chennai. She served as an Assistant Professor at Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science for five years, during which she supervised numerous B.Tech. and M.Tech. projects involving analysis and experimental work related to building construction.
In addition, she has contributed to various research projects and published papers in Scopus-indexed international journals. She was awarded a gold medal for completing the NPTEL online course “Design of Reinforced Concrete Structures” from IIT Kharagpur. Currently, she works at House Plans Daily as an Author and Senior Manager.
