MEERA PALANIAPPAN, is a Civil and Structural Engineer with a solid academic foundation and professional experience in both academia and the architectural design industry. Originally from Salem, Tamil Nadu, she earned her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering in 2013 from Excel College of Engineering. Driven by a passion for structural innovation, she completed her M.Tech. in Structural Engineering in 2015 from Hindustan University, Chennai. Following her postgraduate studies, Meera contributed to shaping future engineers as an Assistant Professor at Mahendra Institute of Technology, where she taught civil engineering subjects for five years. Her academic experience sharpened her skills in technical communication and mentoring. Currently, Meera serves as an Author and General Manager at House Plans Daily, where she leverages her engineering expertise and managerial skills to develop and oversee the creation of comprehensive house plan books, architectural designs, and related content. In her role, she combines technical precision with creative vision, playing a key part in delivering Vastu-compliant, modern house plan solutions that meet the needs of a diverse, global clientele.
