We proposed to construct our house in our plot in Chennai. While searching online, we got to see the drawings posted by Mr. A S Sethupathi. Inspired by those drawings, we approached him. He listened our requirements carefully and created a draft plan for us as per Vastu and also keeping the structural considerations also. We went through the drawing and requested for some corrections based on our thought. He advised us which can be implemented and suggested alternate solution for other doubts as well. He was very patient to answer all our doubts in Vastu. Then, he gave our final drawing in one or two iterations, and that too because of our changes. He charged us a very nominal fees for the work. We were really happy with the final floor plan for our dream house. I would like to share my feedback that he is an expert in Vastu and also a qualified person who creates beautiful house floor plan keeping all the structural considerations in mind. Also, he coordinated to get us the structural drawing for our house also with proper analysis. We reached out to him even after that for some clarifications, he was very kind to answer our questions. Overall, he is an expert in Vastu and creating beautiful floor planning. Thank you so much for your service Sir
