On the ground floor of the south facing house plan drawing, the kitchen, master bedroom with the attached toilet, living room, and car parking & portico are available.  Each dimension is given in the feet and inches.  This is a south facing house plan 1200 sq ft.

The kitchen is placed in the direction of the east.  The master bedroom is placed in the direction of the southwest corner.  The living room cum dining area is placed in the direction of the northeast.  The attached bathroom is placed in the direction of the west.    The portico and car parking is placed in the direction of the southeast. 

The dimension of the kitchen is 8’ x 11”. The dimension of the master bedroom is 11’ x 17’.  The dimension of the living room is 13’ x 8’.  The dimension of the attached toilet is 11’ x 4’9”.  The dimension of the portico and car parking is 15’3” x 15’6”.
