A.S. Sethupathi is from Anthiyur, Erode district, Tamilnadu, India. He completed his B.E. in Civil Engineering (2013) and M. Tech Structural Engineering (2015) at the Hindustan University, Chennai. East facing home design is given in the first image.  This is a 1bhk east facing house plan.  The living room, kitchen, dining area, puja room, master bedroom, and common bathroom is available. The length and breadth of the house plans are 35’6” and 20’3” respectively.  The total constructed area is 663 sqft. 

East vastu plan is given in the second image. The length and breadth of the east facing home plan are 37’3” and 33’11” respectively.  Here, the living room, kitchen, master bedroom with an attached toilet, kid’s bedroom, verandah, and common bathrooms are available. The common bathroom is provided outside the home which is placed under the staircase.  

East facing house plan is given in the third image. This is a one bedroom vastu plan. On this floor plan, two houses are available. On each house, the living room, kitchen, passage, master bedroom with an attached toilet, and puja room are available. The total plot area of this east facing house vastu plan is 1384 sqft.

In the fourth image, 3bhk east facing house plan as per vastu is given.
