The Hall or the living area is 21.3x16 feet in size. The master bedroom is 17x10 feet in size with bed placement facing north with a dressing 5x3.6 feet in size and an attached toilet 5x6.6 feet in size. The guest bedroom is 16x10 feet in size with an attached toilet 6.6x5.3 feet in size. The kid's bedroom is 16x10 feet in size with an attached toilet of size 4.9x6.6 feet in size. The kitchen is 10x16 feet in size and kept open with a dining area of 16.3x16 feet in size. The puja room is 4x6 feet in size as per Vastu compliance. The store room is 15x5 feet in size.
The new bungalow design also includes a spacious car parking of size 16.9x16.9 feet. The common toilet is 4.6x5.3 feet in size provided inside the house. The staircase to access the open terrace is provided outside the home. All the column placements are shown for your reference. For ventilation purposes, large windows are provided in all the rooms.
