A.S. Sethupathi, originally from Anthiyur, Erode district in Tamilnadu, India, is a civil engineer with a passion for Vastu Shastra and house planning. After completing his education in civil engineering, he delved into the study of Vastu Shastra and taught himself how to create house plans that align with its principles.

With his expertise in both Vastu Shastra and architectural design, he started a website called houseplansdaily.com where he offers house plan ideas and services to people around the world. His goal is to help individuals build their dream houses by providing them with house plans that are in harmony with Vastu Shastra. In the first image, a 22’x22’ west home is given. This is a 1 bhk west facing house plan with 484 square feet. This is a ground floor plan which consists of the living room, master bedroom, kitchen, dining area, hall, common toilet, and sit-out is available. In the second image, a 25’x27’ west facing floor plan is given. The total built-up area is 675 sqft. The living room, master bedroom, kitchen, dining area, hall, common toilet, and sit-out is available on the floor plan.

In the third image, the South home and east home facing combined plan is given in this file. The length and breadth of the house plans are 15’9” and 47’9” respectively. Here, the main door is placed in the east direction, and another door is placed in the south side direction. This is a single bedroom house plan. The living room, kitchen, passage, lift, and master bedroom with attached toilets are available. An outside passage is available on this floor plan.

27’x35 north face house plan is given in the above first image. The total built-up area of this north home is 945 sqft. This is a 2 bedroom house plan. The house plan is designed to face the road. The living room cum dining area, kitchen, master bedroom with an attached toilet, kid’s bedroom with an attached toilet, sit-out, and common toilets are available on this floor plan.

23’x43’ housing plan ideas are given in the second image. This north face house plan is designed for a small family and features a single bedroom. The total plot area is 989 sqft, and the built-up area is 646 sqft. The floor plan includes various rooms and spaces such as the living room, kitchen, master bedroom with an attached toilet, passage, storeroom, puja room, sit-out, and portico.

25’x52’ east face house plan vastu is given in the third image. The total built-up area of this east facing house plan is The living sqft. room, kitchen, dining area, storeroom, puja room, master bedroom, kid’s bedroom with an attached toilet, passage, outside common toilet, and sit-out is available.
