The above image is the ground floor of the duplex house design. The ground floor consists of a visiting hall, a store room 1, a store room 2 with an attached toilet, and spacious car parking. The dimensions of each room are clearly mentioned with furniture positions.

The visiting hall is 10.6x18.3 feet in size. The store room 1 is 6x11 feet in size. The store room 2 is 8x11 feet in size placed in south west direction. The car parking is 14.6x13.9 feet in size.

The car parking space can be used in multiple ways such as sitout, two-wheeler parking, and or accommodating water tanks and borewells. As per Vastu shastra the underground water tanks, sumps and borewells should be placed in the northeast direction.

In the east direction, a spacious balcony is attached to the hall or living room. This 3 floor house design is well planned to keep in mind the purpose of ventilation by providing large windows.
