In this 2bhk north facing house plan, the dimension of the living room cum dining area is 14’9”x26’9”.  The dimension of the kitchen is 10’3”x11’. The dimension of the master bedroom is 16’x11’, and its attached toilet is 8’6”x5’6”. The dimension of the kid’s bedroom is 16’x10’. The dimension of the kid’s bedroom’s attached toilet is 4’6”x10’. The dimension of the puja room is 10’x10’. The dimension of the foyer area is 6’3”x11’.  The dimension of the common toilet is 10’x5’.  The dimension of the garden area is 39’x4’9”.  The dimension of the portico is 19’6”x12’9”. The dimension of the sit-out is 15’6”x3’. 

In this two story plan, the living room cum dining area is provided in the north direction. The kitchen is provided in the southeast direction. The utility and store room is provided in the south direction. The master bedroom is provided in the southwest direction, and its attached toilet is provided in the west direction. The kid’s bedroom is provided in the west direction. The kid’s bedroom’s attached toilet direction is north. The puja room is provided in the west direction. The portico is provided in the northeast direction. The garden area is provided in the north direction.
