The above image is the ground floor of the west facing house plan. The ground floor consists of a hall or living room, a master bedroom with an attached toilet, a kitchen with a dining area, a puja room, and a store room. The dimensions of each room are clearly mentioned with furniture positions.

The hall or living area is 21x17 feet in size and placed in the north-east direction. The master bedroom is 11x17 feet in size and placed in the southwest direction with an attached toilet. The attached toilet is 6x7 feet in size and placed in the northwest direction. The store room is  6x5.6 feet in size. The puja room is 5x8 feet in size. The kitchen is 11x11 feet in size and placed in the southeast direction as per Vastu Shastra principles. 

The car parking space can be used in multiple ways such as sitout, two-wheeler parking, and or accommodating water tanks and borewells. As per Vastu Shastra the underground water tanks, sumps, and borewells should be placed in the northeast direction. The column positions are also clearly mentioned on the above house plan Vastu north facing.

The hall or living area is 21x24.6 feet in size and placed in the north-east direction. The master bedroom is 11x17 feet in size and placed in the southwest direction with an attached toilet. The attached toilet is 6x7 feet in size and placed in the northwest direction. The guest bedroom is  16.9x17 feet in size. The kitchen is 11x11 feet in size and placed in the southeast direction as per Vastu Shastra principles.

In the northeast direction, a spacious balcony is attached to the hall or living room. This home design is well planned to keep in mind the purpose of ventilation by providing large windows. The staircase is provided outside the house to access the first floor. A spacious passage is provided on the first floor to give way for both houses.
